I lead the digital art direction, UX and design direction for JOOPITER, a digital-first auction house and social platform created by Pharrell Williams and Virgil Abloh's Alaska Alaska design studio.
The design and UX process entailed months of rapid prototyping, design, art direction and product iterations. Branding, user flows and content strategy were iterated in tandem across branding, design and development teams across LA, NYC and London.
A key tenet of JOOPITER is the importance of context surrounding each of the coveted auction lots. I lead the design of a distinctive user interface that enabled multiple intuitive paths to cross between culture, context, bidding and user dialogue surrounding each lots backstory.
